Q: How can I view product pricing?

A: Please register an account using your business email here. Once logged in, you will have access to our product price list and exclusive offers. This portal is dedicated to our B2B wholesale clients.

Q: Does the price include a case and cleaning cloth?

A: No, it does not. The listed price is the ex-factory price (FOB price) for optical frames or sunglass frames only.

Q: How do I receive the 10% discount on my first purchase?

A: On the checkout page, enter the voucher code sent to you in the welcome email after registration. The system will automatically deduct 10% from your order total.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Specific international air freight costs will be calculated in real-time on the checkout page based on your delivery address and order quantity. To ensure the fastest lead time, we ship via FedEx International Priority by default.

Ordering & Payment

Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) per order?

A: Our standard MOQ is 5 pieces per frame color.
For Private Label projects where your brand logo is printed on the frames, the minimum order value is USD $500. For more details, please visit: Private Label Program.

Shipping & Customs Clearance

Q: How long does order processing take?

A: The standard processing time is 15 business days. During this period, we conduct quality control (QC), prepare packaging, and handle logo printing (if applicable).

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Average shipping time is 15 working days, depending on the destination country. We ship directly from our Shanghai warehouse via international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You can view your order details on the My Orders page. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Q: What about customs clearance documentation?

A: We will prepare and provide a full set of commercial customs documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) free of charge. However, if the destination customs authorities require additional information, you, as the importer, may need to provide it directly.

Duties & Taxes

Q: Are there any additional duties and taxes?

A: Yes.Import duties,Value-Added Tax (VAT/GST), and other applicable fees are determined by the destination country's policies and are the responsibility of the consignee. These costs are not included in the order amount.
The customs clearance process is typically handled by the carrier under DDU terms (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You will be contacted for payment upon delivery. If a package is returned or destroyed due to the client's refusal to pay customs duties, all associated losses will be borne by the client.

Q: Where are the products made?

A: All Joyiris Eyewear products are designed and manufactured in China and shipped worldwide directly from our Chinese warehouse.

Q: Do the sunglasses offer UV400 protection?

A: Yes. Our sunglass lenses meet the UV400 protection standard, complying with European and American optical testing standards, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Q: How often are new collections launched?

A: We launch new collections in the first week of every month. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest fashion eyewear trends.

Q: What is the product warranty period and process?

A: We offer a 1-year warranty from the shipment date. In case of a manufacturing defect, please send clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement with your next order or provide a proportional refund. The process is simple and efficient.

Private Label Service

Q: How do I start a Private Label order?

A: The Private Label collaboration process is as follows:

  1. Provide Assets: Send your brand logo and printing placement guidelines.
  2. Select Styles & Order: Choose and pay for your desired styles directly on our website.
  3. MOQ Requirements: The minimum order value for Private Label is USD $500, with a minimum of 6 pieces per style.
  4. Production & Delivery: Logo printing takes approximately 10-15 days. After completion, items are shipped via air freight, with delivery taking about 7 days.

Q: What Private Label options do you offer?

Q: Can lens colors be changed?

A: Yes, we offer custom lens color services. The MOQ is 12 pieces per style, with an additional charge of USD $2.0 per piece. Please contact us for more details.

OEM Production / Custom Designs

Q: How do I start a Custom Design (OEM/ODM) order?

A: Our custom manufacturing process (OEM/ODM Process) is as follows:

  1. MOQAcetate frames require a minimum of 300 pieces. Metal frames require a minimum of 600 pieces.
  2. Design Brief: Provide design references and detailed requirements.
  3. Quotation & Technical Drawing: We will provide a quotation and can create 3D technical drawings (for a fee of USD $100, deductible from the bulk order payment).
  4. Sampling: After confirming the drawings and quote, a 30% deposit is required to begin sampling (approximately 45-60 days).
  5. Mass Production & QC: Once samples are approved, mass production begins (approximately 60-90 days). We provide production progress photos/videos.
  6. Payment & Shipping: After the remaining 70% balance is paid, we arrange shipping (freight costs are separate).
